Cycle Gear

SPD Clips
SPD is the most common system for indoor cycling. Cycle shoes do not come with cleats for attaching them to the pedals, as there are various systems available to suit different preferences.
To attach the cleats, you’ll need a 4 mm Allen wrench.

Padded Gel Seat
Cycle seats are hard. This adds a nice cushion that can be quickly added before class starts and will provide a lot of relief to a sore bum bum.

Tiem Lynx
Designed exclusively for women, these shoes have a slightly snugger fit compared to the Slipstreams, feature soles that are approximately 0.25 inches (6.35 mm) taller, and are fully compatible with SPD cleats.
They’re not available on Amazon, but the link above will take you directly to the Tiem website, where you can explore the Lynx model.

TIEM Slipstream
Available for both men and women, the Tiem Slipstream cycle shoes are compatible with SPD cleats. Their soles are approximately 0.25 inches (6.35 mm) shorter than the Lynx and offer a slightly looser fit by comparison.
Save $5 with the link to Tiem. Alternatively, Amazon also carries them.

SHIMANO Cycle Shoes
Available in both black and plum, these shoes combine the features of a hiking shoe with those of a cycling shoe. They offer the comfort and grip of a traditional shoe while still being functional for cycling.
The sole is slightly stiffer than the TIEM Slipstream and Lynx, enabling better power transfer to the pedals, yet softer than Shimano’s Mountain Biking Shoes.

SHIMANO Mountain Biking Shoes
Available in olive or black, these shoes feature the stiffest soles compared to the previous two options, allowing for maximum power transfer to the pedals. They also come equipped with a BOA lacing system, ensuring a perfectly customized fit every time.

Bike Phone Mount
This mount securely clips your phone to the handlebars of your spin bike, keeping it in place and preventing it from flying off during class.

Tablet Holder
This mount supports tablets ranging from 4.9 inches (12.4 cm) to 12.9 inches (32.7 cm) and can be attached to any round surface, such as a spin bike or treadmill.

Eargasm Ear Plugs
These clear earplugs provide 21 decibels of noise reduction and are also available in fun colors like rainbow, pink, gold, glow-in-the-dark, and even a light-up version.
Supplements

Mango Electrolytes
Electrolytes play a crucial role in recovery after every workout. They help replenish your body and muscles with essential minerals, promoting faster recovery. Salud’s mango electrolytes are some of the best I’ve tried—not only for their effectiveness but also for their incredible flavor. Plus, the individual servings are super convenient to toss in your bag and take on the go.

Horchata Electrolytes
Same amazing qualities as the mango electrolytes, but in a horchata flavor. Horchata has a creamy and sweet milk-like flavor.

PaleoPro Grass-Fed Protein
While I’m absolutely obsessed with Life Time’s Strawberry Cream Protein Powder (because it’s so delicious), I also like incorporating organ meats into my diet. I was honestly shocked that I couldn’t taste the organs in this powder—if you’ve ever eaten liver, you know what I mean! This is an excellent Paleo, Keto, and dairy-free option.

Strawberry Cream Protein
I currently have four jugs of the Strawberry Cream protein powder in my pantry because it’s a seasonal product—and hopefully, Life Time gets the memo that this needs to be a permanent staple in their lineup! And yes, while I am a Life Time employee, I’m not sharing this to make cash—I genuinely love this protein powder (just ask Adam about all those extra jugs, lol). It has an amazing flavor and isn’t chalky at all. Plus, you don’t need to be a Life Time member to buy it. I’ve also heard great things about the vegan version, though I’ll admit I haven’t tried it myself.

Sports Research L-Glutamine
Taking L-glutamine after a workout supports muscle recovery by replenishing your body’s glycogen stores, repairing muscle tissue, boosting immune system recovery after intense exercise, and maintaining the integrity of the gut lining.
It comes in a flavorless, odorless powder, making it an easy addition to post-workout shakes or hydration drinks.

LTH Repair L-Glutamine

Creatine for Muscle Growth
Creatine is a supplement for muscle health and performance. It increases muscle energy stores, boosting energy and allowing you to train harder and longer. This promotes greater strength and muscle gains over time.

Rise Whey Protein Bars
I used to eat Quest bars—until I checked the ingredient list and saw more than a dozen things I didn’t want in my body. Rise Whey Protein Bars, on the other hand, have just three to five simple ingredients—all of which I can pronounce and actually understand.
Lifestyle Gear

Women’s Padded Sports Bra
Lulu vibes without the lulu price. This little tank top is a nice dupe of Lululemon’s Align tank top. Plus, look at all those cute colors! I have this one in Magenta!
Skincare and Haircare

UNBLEMISH Regimen
Let’s be real, sometimes sweating a lot can cause acne. This is my go-to line to reduce and clear up acne while keeping me youthful 😉 This set is everything you need to fight acne throughout the day (and the sunscreen is da bomb! It’s clear and unscented – game changer!)

Active Hydration Bright Eye Complex
I don’t drink caffeine or energy drinks… the only thing that can keep me looking “awake-ish” at 5:30am for class is this eye cream. Definitely keeps my puffy under-eyes in a less puffy state. I mean, you’ve seen what I look like 😉

Face + Body Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 50
We live in Colorado and we are a mile closer to the sun than most of the US. Take good care of your skin. This is my go-to sunscreen when I am outdoors.

Lip Shield SPF 25
Speaking of outdoors… Have you ever experienced a wind-burn or a sun-burn on your lips? It’s no fun, amiright? Take good care of them!

Colorcare Clarifying Shampoo
I have long since moved away from grocery store products at the advice of my hairstylist. Cheap, harsh ingredients were essentially “washing away” all of the money I was investing in getting my hair professionally done. I primarily use L’anza shampoo and conditioner after a long day of work where I need to wash out all the oils, sweat and hairspray that I have accumulated throughout the day. I love that a little goes a long way with these products

Healing ColorCare Trauma Treatment
I use tons of hair products but I don’t want to bombard you. This trauma treatment is a very versatile product. I have curly hair. I use this to style my curls as a leave-in product that stays in my hair as it air-dries or as a protectant when I apply heat to my hair to straighten it. I just love it. Smells nice too.
